Christmas in Spain in the Exchange

Join us for a dining extravaganza, featuring a fixed-price, off-the-menu Spanish dinner by acclaimed chef Scott Bagshaw (formerly with Resto Gare, Pizzeria Gusto) at the new Deseo Bistro!

5 course Spanish-Themed dinner:

• Charcuterie plate with assorted meats
  
• Soup with carrot, turmeric and chorizo
• Lamb meatballs with almond, caper & sultana raisins
• Red snapper served over roasted red pepper and bean puree, lime serrano sauce
• Cinnamon with caramel mint flan

Wines will be paired to each course by the Deseo guest sommelier and are included in the price.

Plus a special treat: the evening will include live music by a flamenco guitarist brought in just for us, from the Manitoba Conservatory of Music and Art (located in the Exchange!).

As this is our Christmas event, members are given a discount if you bring non-perishable food items for our annual Christmas Cheer Board hamper.

Member cost (including food, wine pairing and live music):
  $60 per person, with hamper contribution
  $65 per person, without hamper contribution

Note: taxes, gratuity and additional drinks are extra; price includes $2 R:ED admin fee.  Payment must be by *CASH ONLY* as they do not accept credit or debit cards yet.
